We The Herbal Medecine Chest want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

All transactions are securely completed through PayPal, whether they are PayPal or your credit card. Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.

The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are Domestic Overnight, Express and Expedited. Expedited or Express orders placed by 3 PM EST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Canada Expedited   Shipped via FedEx, 3-5 business days (No PO Boxes) $26.99 for the first item, add $1 per each additional item. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is 2 to 4 business days from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Most orders do clear quickly and are delivered within the FedEx estimated time.

For all Canadian shipments, The Herbal Medicine Chest will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

The Herbal Medicine Chest will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. The Herbal Medicine Chest will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Please note: We recommend that you choose a shipping method which can be tracked. For non-tracked methods of shipping, Native Remedies will not be responsible for lost shipments.

Please note that customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of herbal and/or homeopathic products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies. Because of increased vigilance in Germany, we no longer ship to Germany.

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. The Herbal Medicine Chest will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. The Herbal Medicine Chest will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. A signature may be required for FedEx and UPS deliveries.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
